Combine this with its bustling arts and culture scene, fine food and wine, and acclaimed festivals and attractions, and you have a solid foundation off which to build your new life.

The department manages more than 60,000 patients annually, with around 25% of them being paediatric cases. Additionally, there is a steady increase in admissions, which currently stands at 24-25%. Furthermore, the department oversees a 12-bed Short Stay Unit under the ED's purview.

The department fosters a culture of supervision and support for junior medical staff. This includes providing proactive training opportunities for Hospital Medical Officers (HMO) and Registrars, offering protected weekly training sessions, conducting multi-disciplinary morbidity and mortality (M&M) meetings, and implementing a responsive and constructive feedback program.
