Let's start with your first week:
We’re all set-up and ready for you to join the team. On your first day you’ll spend the morning with Renata (HR) and have a full tour of our office, so you can find your way around (you won’t be expected to remember everyone’s names on day one).
Then we’ll pop out for a nice lunch with your team to welcome you properly (a break from your computer will be nice) Then the rest of your day with you manager going through your induction and our system.
The rest of the week we’ll ease you into the business, taking you through the rest of our database and you’ll get the opportunity to sit down with each team’s manager, to understand what they do.
Friday will roll around pretty fast, from 4pm each Friday we have a “social hour” where you will get the chance to grab a beer and head to the balcony and catch up with colleagues and team members, we’ll chuck some music on too to get you ready for the weekend.
Now, for the next few weeks:
You’ll now start to get into the swing of things and get your head around your role and desk. To get you up and running on your desk you’ll get the chance to shadow some candidate interviews / phone calls with clients with your manager and team.
We love our culture which has naturally evolved due to our people. You’ll start to get a feel for a social calendar and what we have in store for you.
The whole company get together each month for Jason (our CEO) to run through our performance, updates and achievements as a company (we call this wrap)
By your first quarter:
You will have completed our exclusively designed recruitment training, whatever level of recruiter you are there in something in there for everyone.
You will have made some good friends here and you’ll feel right at home.
You’ve put some deals on the board and feel like you’re now contributing to the team – and you are.
You’ll take part in our End of Quarter Wrap – which is a bigger version of our monthly wrap’s. It’s usually themed and marked as a celebration for everyone.
