Dean Madigan

Dean joined Charterhouse Medical in 2018 as Divisional Manager of Mental Health. He brings 15 years’ experience within the recruitment sector, predominately within Health, across Medical, Nursing and Social Work.

His recruitment career has spanned across 3 countries since it began back in 2004, with 2 years in South Africa ( Johannesburg & Cape Town), a further 11 years in the UK (London, Birmingham & Manchester) and is now Sydney based since 2018.

His passion has always been around Mental Health, with his focus now on managing the Mental Health Team here at Charterhouse Medical, placing Psychiatrists across Australia into locum and permanent opportunities.

Dean is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, where he has been a member since 2012 and has a strong emphasis on ensuring all candidate and client expectations are met and exceeded.
