Nick Bacon

Nick is the General Manager of Charterhouse Medical and is an experienced and passionate recruitment leader.

As the General Manager, his focus is to recruit, retain and train recruiters to ensure our clients and candidates have the best experience possible. Nick has a wealth of recruitment experience across Australia. Nick has worked within the IT Sector, Office support and Public sector recruitment.

He is passionate about making the recruitment sector a better place. He is currently on RCSA’s NSW & ACT committee and is an active mentor in the PEARL program. When he is not at work, you might find him swimming at the beach or trail running with his dog.
