Sonographer | Locum | Full-time or Part-time

Job description

•    Hourly rate up to $120 p/hr ex super (experience dependent)
•    Supportive onsite Radiologists with well-structured caseload
•    Must be an expert on MSK ultrasound scans

A well-respected radiologist-owned imaging provider in Melbourne’s south-eastern corridor is seeking an experienced Sonographer to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis. This group is known for its high clinical standards, modern equipment, and commitment to ongoing professional development.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality ultrasound services while working collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities include:

•    Performing General and MSK (Mostly MSK)
•    Delivering a friendly and patient-focused experience
•    Working closely with the 2 Radiologists and clinical teams
•    Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with clinical protocols

You will bring:

•    Current ASAR accreditation
•    At least 10 years of post-graduate experience as a Sonographer
•    Able to conduct advanced MSK
•    Excellent time management skills
•    Professional, reliable, and collaborative work style
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
