Job description
As a Geriatrician in Regional Victoria you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the whole health service and wider community. You will serve as a critical link to identifying the health care needs of the individual patient and promote health and wellbeing.
This could be the ideal role for a recently qualified Geriatrician looking for the first permanent role to stamp their mark on a health service, or for a senior specialist looking to move to a regional service for a new challenge and a change of life style.
Either way, the hospital offers fantastic modern facilities, full junior support and all the backing to make a success of this service.
The position is a full time position (1.0 FTE) – Ideally commencing in May/June 2019
A successful candidate must hold Fellowship as a Geriatrician and Specialist Status as a Geriatrician with AHPRA (or is set to receive this in the near future).
