Job description

Working within a mining town in Western Australia, a Client of ours is looking to fill 2 vacancies, one part-time (week on/week off) and one full-time.

Public Hospital, with less than 50 beds, catering to a fairly-healthy and small population.

Working within a fairly busy GP Clinic during the day (0830-1700) in which you get a guaranteed rate of $187 per hour / 75% of billings, whichever is greater as per the pay run. Most consultations tend to be around the $90 mark, of which you would get 75% of.

An on-call roster will be shared and when on-call, they pay uplifts are as follows:

  • First point of contact on call : $1800 (regardless of being called out or not) whether that is 1700-0800 or 0800-1700
  • Second point of contact on call : $150 uplift (regardless of being called out or not) whether that is 1700-0800 or 0800-1700
  • Second point of contact on call (when actual hospital attendance is required) : $187 per hour

My Client’s on-call procedure also requires them to talk to several nurses and medical professionals before even calling you, meaning that the on-call strains are further reduced.

If you would like more information on this role, which should seriously be considered with an open mind due to the huge earning potential and great working conditions, please apply.
