Eligibility:
• FCICM – Fellowship of CICM
• Currently hold AHPRA Specialist registration, or eligible to obtain Limited/Provisional registration
• Your full specialist training in the UK, USA, New Zealand, Canada or Ireland
• Have had your specialist training assessed by the CICM and have been found to be comparable
• Obtain fellowship within the next 6 months and seeking first Consultant position
The Position:
The position will play an important role in the leadership, medical management, clinical governance and provision of Specialist Intensivist Services for patients in the region. Participation in Intensive Care Unit on call roster, focusing on timely assessment and treatment of critically sick/deteriorated patients.

The Facility:
The hospital is a 180+ bed facility providing care to the following specialities in addition to others not listed– 24/7 emergency care, ICU, HDU, cancer services, geriatric medicine, obstetrics & Gynaecology, cardiology, neurology, paediatrics, acute psychiatric unit, palliative care, pathology, orthopaedics and renal services.
