Job description
• 70/30 split l $200 per/h for 3-months l Average $470 per/h billings
• Take over the patient base of a long-term FT GP
• $30K sign-on incentive for a 2-yr commitment
About The Role:
The practice is seeking a part time or full-time doctor to take over from a long servicing GP with a patient base. The practice is located on the northern side of the Gold Coast. Onsite you would be supported by a PM, 3 nurses and 3 receptionists per shift. They use Best Practice as well as Lyrebird AI scribe, Inca for care planning assistance, Cubiko for data intelligence and identifying service opportunities.
Benefits:
• Income Guarantee of $200/hr or 70/30 fee split
• Average GP billings are approx. $470/hour, based on 5.5 pts/hour
• GP Training and Development Fund of $1500/FTE GP per year for upskilling.
• GP’s are paid weekly
• Bulk Billing and GPs enjoy the benefit of the BBPIP
• Using Best Practice, practice provides Lyrebird AI scribe, Inca for care planning assistance, Cubiko for data intelligence and identifying service opportunities
• Allied Health: Visiting physios x 2, onsite psychologist, visiting Psychiatry Registrar, visiting Podiatrist, visiting dietitian
• Pathology and pharmacy connected to the surgery
• Option of $30K sign-on incentive for a 2-yr commitment OR no lock-in flexible option
Requirements:
• Must be a FRACGP/ FACRRM
• Not a DPA location
