•    Thursdays required + 1–2 flexible days
•    60/40 split of billings
•    Mentor and guide junior dentists

About The Role:

A well-established general dental practice in Ballarat is seeking a motivated General Dentist to join the team on a part-time basis. Thursdays are essential, with flexibility for one or two additional days. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician looking to take on a role that combines hands-on dentistry with professional leadership.

You’ll work alongside a capable and supportive team of dental assistants and clinicians, with access to modern facilities and a consistent, loyal patient base. The clinic offers the full range of general dental services and places a strong emphasis on patient care and team collaboration.

Requirements:

•    Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a General Dentist
•    Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in Australia (preferred)
•    Strong leadership and communication skills
•    Appropriate medical degree
