The Location:

Located less than 40 kilometres southeast of Melbourne, allowing you the best of both worlds. Residents can easily commute to Melbourne for work, education, or entertainment purposes while enjoying a slightly more relaxed suburban atmosphere amongst beautiful beaches and waterfront areas.   The coastal lifestyle can be appealing to those who enjoy activities such as swimming, boating, fishing, and beachside walks.

In addition to its coastal areas, the area is surrounded by natural beauty. The Mornington Peninsula and the nearby Dandenong Ranges offer opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, exploring wineries, and enjoying picturesque landscapes.

This region has a strong sense of community, with numerous local events, festivals, and initiatives that bring residents together. This can create a supportive and welcoming environment for individuals and families.

Compared to some other suburbs closer to Melbourne's city centre, this area offers relatively more affordable housing options. This can be particularly attractive to individuals or families looking to enter the property market or find more affordable rental options.  The area has shopping centres, recreational facilities, parks, schools, healthcare services, and public transport options, making it a convenient place to live.
