After Hours General Practitioner - Telehealth

Job description

• Start Date: late March 2024 until June 2024 (possible extension)
• This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
• A great secondary income or perfect for GPs with other care commitments 

Overview:

Charterhouse Medical are looking for a Specialist General Practitioner for the following opportunity:

Pay Rate: The rate is non-negotiable at:

$155 per hour + Super for PAYG standard rate. Afterhours, weekend and Public Holiday rates apply. $175 per hour flat rate for ABN Pty Ltd

Date Range: Late March until June 2024, contract extension to be advised.

Shift Times: 4pm – Midnight; Friday to Sunday 

Equipment supplied; must have landline port in the same room as proposed office

Must attend 2 day paid training (online) on 25/26 March; 27/28 March or early April.

Qualifications:

• Clinical Degree with current unrestricted registration as a Medical Practitioner with AHPRA.
• Minimum of 3 years of General Practice experience.
• Strong communication skills through virtual mediums.
• Comfortable working independently and resolving complex medical issues.

Skills/Experience:

• Comfortable with computerised patient management systems.
• Strong communication skills through virtual mediums.
• Ability to articulate complex information to diverse audiences.
