Job description

What you’ll do:

The role focuses on supporting patients with weight loss via end-to-end telehealth care from online medical screening to treatment delivery

•     Conduct phone-based consults with patients.
•     Use your clinical judgement alongside our protocols to organise treatment plans for eligible patients
•     Be supported by our Clinical Governance structure - calls are recorded for quality and safety purposes to allow regular audit & feedback cycles as well as a dedicated practitioner support team available during shifts
•     Choose when you work - request the shifts and hours that best suit you

The Role:

•     Onboarding: 4 hours paid. (includes reading protocols, tech setup, and shadowing). We will provide clinical training in weight management if required.
•     Insurance: Must hold your own indemnity that covers telehealth
•     Hours: Flexible, min 8 hrs/week - Shifts are in 4 hours block. Opportunity for 40+ hours per week

Payments:

Rate per phone consult completed

Minimum hourly rate $100PH: The more hours you work per week, the higher the completed consultation fee will be

0-8 hours/week = $30 Per consult completed
8-12 hrs/week = $35 Per consult completed
12-30 hrs/week = $40 Per consult completed
30-40hrs/week = $45 Per consult completed
40+hrs a week = $50 Per consult completed

If for example you work 41 hours in a week, you’ll be paid $50 per hour on every consult you’ve seen that week.

Requirements:

•     Based in/AHPRA principal place of practice is NSW, VIC, ACT, SA, NT
•     PGY4+ = 4 years post graduate experience be in AU, NZ, UK or Ireland (or combination)
•     Must hold own professional indemnity insurance that covers telehealth
