VR GP Required to replace retiring GP - Shoalhaven

With one of their long serving GP’s retiring after 35 years of service, the Practice is looking to recruit a talented VR GP to cope with the patient demand.  The Practice has recently undergone a huge transformation and is attracting new patients through the door on a daily basis. 
 
Located two hours south of Sydney, the Practice is currently home to 6 fulltime GP’s, a friendly and reliable admin team and plenty of support from Allied Health.  The Doctors serves a mixed demographic and it is the fastest growing area in NSW, meaning huge scope to quickly build a loyal patient base with the Practice being the only one in the suburb.
 
The successful Doctor will enjoy earning a high percentage of billings, with an hourly guarantee of $150 per hour for the first four months.  You will be granted flexibility in how you manage your hours and patient list, so you are free to practice medicine without interference of a requirement for patient numbers per hour.
 
The practice encourages their Doctors to take time in providing their patients with the best care available, meaning for longevity of relationships with patients and keeping with the friendly, welcoming atmosphere that has been the building blocks of this successful practice.
 
Just 2.5km from the local hospital, you will have the option to supplement your income and retain your emergency skills by working as a GP VMO. The area has great Private schools and is a stone throw away from some of Australia’s most beautiful beaches and waterways.
