About the role
Supporting the national manager of treatment and recovery programs, you will support the growing needs of people living in Australia with eating disorders
- Provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team
- Guide expert delivery of services
- Implement improved intake and referral processes to ensure clinical care is delivered timely and safely
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders: GP’s, KOL’s, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Dieticians
- Maintain a small clinical caseload
About you
- Qualification in Psychology, Dietetics, Social Work or a similar discipline
- Experience with complex mental health presentations – Eating Disorders, Trauma, Rehabilitation, Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Co-Morbid Mental Health
- Knowledge of developing and implementing referral pathways, triage, intake assessment
- Experience organising rosters, caseload management and management practices
- Experience managing a multidisciplinary team/service/program
