Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide a hospital consult service for in-patients at Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital (SDMH) in Nowra.
- To provide an in-reach service to the in-patient unit at David Berry Hospital, where the patients are admitted under the care of a GP VMO.
- To participate in a fortnightly out-patient clinic at Shoalhaven Cancer Care Clinic to follow up in-patient consultations and provide support to the community palliative care team.
- To participate in the Palliative Care after hours roster across ISLHD.
