Job description
You will be expected to seek referrals and build your database of patients, this will be over a 12-month or 24-month contract where you will have a retainer and billings offered as well as allowances. In the long run, officially you would need to set up your own private practice within the hospital - being provided the necessary equipment and support needed.
Once you have set up what you need in order to succeed, they'll then stop the remuneration package in which you'll earn off of your own billings paying a percentage to the hospital. Once you're set up, the earning potential will be anything up to $1 million a year or more - dependent on how your practice is progressing.
