Charterhouse Medical are currently recruiting Senior Resident Medical for General Rotations in  regional hospital which is part of Regional Victoria

What you'll be doing
For this role, you will need to be a Health Clinician with team leadership ability and experience in an Emergency and Acute Medicine setting. You will also need to be able to work autonomously, handle multiple competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a complex supervised environment. Naturally, the role calls for effective communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stake holders.
To be suitable for this role you will need to meet the following criteria:
1.MBBS or equivalent, currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia.
2: Minimum TWO year’s postgraduate experience in Australian/equivalent overseas clinical experience and recent (this is a MUST). Please do not apply if you do not have this experience.
3.Demonstrated excellent communication skills (verbal and written), computer skills and experience using an electronic medical record system
4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team within a supervised complex clinical environment utilising excellent clinical skills (at the required level of competency), judgment, expertise, time management, problem solving and organisational skills
5.Demonstrated a professional attitude and flexibility in work role with a preparedness and ability to participate in after-hours overtime and on-call rosters. Training and experience in Advanced Life Support is an advantage.
6. Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, patient safety and risk management
