Charterhouse Medical are currently recruiting Resident Medical Officer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in this large regional hospital which is part of Western NSW Local Health District.

What you'll be doing
The Trainee position will have the following components: Obstetric role,
Gynaecology outpatient and surgical role. 
The incumbent responsibilities in Obstetrics would be to take part in Antenatal
clinics along with trainees and staff specialists, to cover the labour ward
on a 1:4 roster out of hours. 
There are three routine lists per week and contain a variety of surgical procedures
including advanced laparoscopic surgery and pelvic floor surgery as well as
complex intra-abdominal operations.
 
To be suitable for this role you will need to meet the following criteria:  
1.MBBS or equivalent, currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia.
2: Minimum one year postgraduate experience in the Australian health system with recent exposure to O&G (this is a MUST). Please do not apply if you do not have this experience.
3: Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate respectfully with rural communities.
