Being a recruiter in the GP market is highly rewarding, you’ll be working with Healthcare professionals every day across Australia.  Whether you’re supporting a Rural Community in accessing skills to provide healthcare to their community or working with private practices serving metro areas, variety is Always assured.

Naturally our doctors are key to us, so in your role you’ll be seeking to understand everything they need in their next role and refining their requirements to ensure they get the best job possible.

Our consultants are well supported by a large operations, administration and compliance team, this means you can focus on being the best recruiter you can be.

The key things you’ll be doing every day include:

• Generating new candidates from existing data and using online platforms such as LinkedIn and other networking sites
• Speaking with clients daily to understand what they need to deliver to their patients
• Advising and working with Doctors to give them market insight, career support and guidance on how to find their perfect job
• Liaising with the compliance teams here to ensure we have everything we need to get them into work.
