The Role

Reporting to the COO, you will oversee three business units and take responsibility for innovation in psychology services. With a national remit, you will grow strategic accounts and influence team agility and performance.

  • Provide technical support to a large team of psychologist’s
  • Partner with the L&D Manager to uplift the internal capability of the psych team
  • Deliver training on various assessment tools
  • Assist internal stakeholders with staff development
  • Continuous improvement service delivery & QA processes
  • First point of contact for technical and complex cases

About you

  • Full AHPRA Registration – Qualified Psychologist
  • Extensive Clinical Expertise within rehabilitation, mental health or EAP
  • Strong clinical assessment skills
  • Experience in complex cases
  • Expert relationship building, and maintenance skills with key stakeholders
  • Passion for health and well-being, injury prevention and recover/return to work 
  • Experience working in both team driven and autonomous environments
