About the role:

• Lead a team of Psychologists, providing supervision and learning opportunities
• Resource management – ensure high quality, client focused services are delivered
• Maintain strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams
• Support a small case load of trauma and extreme case patients with additional needs
• Represent the organisation through external engagement and ongoing patient care, liaising with service providers, funding and serving partners

About you:

• AHPRA Registration, with an endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist
• Trauma, Developmental, Learning disorder or disability experience is desirable
• Leadership and management experience of a clinical team is essential
• Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and within the wider healthcare communities
