We have a position for Advanced Training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

Classification will be Registrar Year 4 HM28 – Registrar Year 6 HM30 and will be on a Fixed Term 2 years basis commencing February 2024 to February 2026, and working 84 hours 86 per fortnight.

• This role is a Psychiatry Senior Registrar training position in CAMHS, providing assessment and treatment to patients in alignment with the requirements of the RANZCP training program.

Requirements:

• MBBS or equivalent degree with current Registration with AHPRA as a medical practitioner.
• Prior completion of RANZCP Stage 1 and 2 training requirements (or College-approved exemption in recognition of prior training and experience).
• Enrolment in the Certificate of Advanced Training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Mindful.
• Well-developed clinical skills for the effective assessment and treatment of patients with mental illness.
