Job description
I am working with a Hospital based in Central Queensland who are looking for 3 Consultant Anaesthetists to join them on a 6-12 month basis.
You will be rostered on call 1-2 days per weekday and occasionally weekends.
Juniors cover HDU and also assist within Anaesthetics.
Lists covered include:
1. Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy
2. General surgery: lap chole, hernias, appendectomy, abscesses, breast surgery, funds-location, bronchoscopy, thyroidectomy, skin lesions
3. Emergency obstetrics
4. Gynae: D&C, Lapscopy, hysterectomy, hysteroscopy
5. Paediatric: Mainly dental, apart from emergencies
6. Only minimal orthopaedics, not often
Travel, car hire and accommodation provided. Rate $2,000/negotiable
