GP position in Melbourne for Doctors in moratorium

• 3-year provider number available to GP’s in moratorium
• Established, Doctor owned Practice
• 70% of billings and $150 p/h guarantee

I have a unique opportunity available for FRACGP's who are within their moratorium and looking for a permanent position in a metro area.

The Practice I am working with has an exemption due to an agreement with the University that allows them to employ a Doctor within their moratorium for a whole three years with an unrestricted provider number and full billing rights.  This would then be reviewed at the end of the three years period.

This Doctor owned, bulk billing Practice has been established for over 20 years and is located just 10km South West of Melbourne CBD.  You will be replacing a Doctor that is leaving the clinic and you will be very busy from the get go, with a mixture of both walk in and booked appointments.

The Practice currently employs 10 GP's, as well as 3 fulltime nurses and full complement of Allied Health.  Doctors with a special interest will be encouraged to focus on this area of Medicine where possible and you will be granted complete autonomy over how you manage your consults, but still have complete support where you need it.  This is a Practice that has maintained its old school values and level of service, whilst managing to pivot and innovate their way around the many challenges many modern Practices face.  

Although the Practice is over 20 years old, the facilities are modern, and the clinic is well equipped and fully computerised.  The clinic operates 7 days a week and is open from 0800-2000 every day.

The Practice is happy to pay 70% of billings and will offer an initial three-month guarantee of $150 per hour.
