Our client – a multi-disciplinary health and wellness centre providing a range of clinical services and natural therapies. The company has a maintained family culture, working in the fastest growing employment sector in Australia. Currently looking for enthusiastic and passionate people to join the driven team providing quality care in the community, disability, wellness and aged care sector. 
   
Role: 

• Complete Comprehensive Functional Assessments for all clients 
• Provide holistic Occupational Therapy services based on patient centred goals 
• ADL assessments and strategies to promote independence in the home 
• Falls management and individual "hands on" rehabilitation 
• Community home visits covering rehabilitation across Neurological, Cardio and Muscle conditions 
• Equipment prescription based on Mobility, Scooter, Wheelchair and Complex seating assessments 
• Falls prevention, strength and balance training in Home Care and Residential Care   

About you: 

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy 
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) 
• Ability to work independently or part of a multi-disciplinary team 
• Full AHPRA registration 
• The right to work in Australia 
• Full VIC drivers’ licence
