Job description
The Consultant Psychiatrist is an integral and active member of this multidisciplinary framework and will be responsible for both inpatient and community-based services.
You will be responsible for the clinical leadership of the team and work closely with other senior members of the clinical leadership team to plan, deliver and evaluate services and programs to meet the needs of patients and their families.
There is potential to be involved in research and you will be working within a supportive clinical context and environment.
The successful applicant will be someone keen to join an exciting and developing rural service and a willingness to reside within the local area will be highly advantageous.
An attractive salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant, who will be eligible FRANZCP or equivalent and registered with the Medical Practitioners Board of Victoria.
