About the clinic
Thriving Psychology and Counselling service in Brisbane.Offering a diverse range of services, they are open for a Psychologist to join their team and specialise within their chosen field. Their client demographic is across the age span.
The position
- Use client-focused approach to identify and treat mental health presentations
- Cognitive-behavioural and acceptance-commitment based frameworks
- Work with a wide range of referral base – GPs, Psychiatrists and other Healthcare Providers and Case Managers
- Participate in ongoing continuing professional development (CPD)
- Diverse caseload with a focus on more complex cases

Selection Criteria
- Registration with AHPRA as a Clinical Psychologist (not essential)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Adherence to record keeping and reporting requirements
- Experience in EMDR and other evidence-based trauma interventions is highly desirable
