Job description
This position provides a unique opportunity to work across our diverse sites, to ensuring the CMO maximum exposure to advance their skills. The CMO will be fully supported by Consultants, and THS-North West Region offer excellent Continuing Professional Development benefits and a supportive working environment.
In this role the CMO will demonstrate their experience and skill in adult general and psychiatry medicine. They will demonstrate the ability to work with psychiatric clients, complex presentations with enduring serious mental illness and associated behavioural problems, working with minimal assistance from colleagues.
The CMO will also promote and maintain close links with specialists, general practitioners and service providers to ensure continuity of patient care and the ongoing development of the mental health sector.
