Charterhouse Medical is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is motivated for a successful career in Recruitment. A successful candidate would be committed to working hard and pushing themselves outside their comfort zone, and in return they will receive a comprehensive introduction to the world of Medical Recruitment.

During the initial 6 months, there will be structured training both on and off desk and internal and external to the office. The end goal of this 6 months is for the individual to have the knowhow, tools and experience to become a full 360 Recruitment Consultant with the foundations of a successful recruitment desk in place and ready to be built upon.

Once through the initial training as a 360 recruiter your role will be too grow an already established network of candidates and clients. From that point onwards, you will be rewarded with an extremely competitive commission structure and countless perks and incentives.
