About the position

  • Provide administration, reception and office support to the team and clients
  • Communicate with new and existing clients
  • Ensure and support in-house protocols are followed by staff
  • Liaise with site manager for direct feedback on team performance
  • Responsible for implementation and management of electronic client management procedures & systems
  • Referral handing and system entry
  • Invoicing management

Selection Criteria

  • Prior knowledge of NDIS administrative requirements/funding packages, or similar
  • Experience with practice management software, Medicare and Eftpos
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word;
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Compliance – Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate and First Aid certificate.
