About the position
Provide administration, reception and office support to the team and clients
Communicate with new and existing clients
Ensure and support in-house protocols are followed by staff
Liaise with site manager for direct feedback on team performance
Responsible for implementation and management of electronic client management procedures & systems
Referral handing and system entry
Invoicing management

Selection Criteria
Prior knowledge of NDIS administrative requirements/funding packages, or similar
Experience with practice management software, Medicare and Eftpos
Effective communication skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word;
Strong time management and organisation skills
Compliance – Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate and First Aid certificate.
