About the position
- Provide administration, reception and office support to the team and clients
- Communicate with new and existing clients
- Ensure and support in-house protocols are followed by staff
- Liaise with site manager for direct feedback on team performance
- Responsible for implementation and management of electronic client management procedures & systems
- Referral handing and system entry
- Invoicing management

Selection Criteria
- Prior knowledge of NDIS administrative requirements/funding packages, or similar
- Experience with practice management software, Medicare and Eftpos
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word;
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Compliance – Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate and First Aid certificate.
