Your opportunity - State Manager, NSW

• Drive operational performance for NSW inclusive of customer performance, revenue growth and customer engagement
• Hold the overall responsibility for all financials across NSW
• Act as Lead point of contact for all NSW workers compensations scheme clients
• Establish and execute an ambitious strategic growth plan, working closely with the executive team
• Manage an established, hardworking team overseeing personal development
• Drive innovation across service lines and new products for NSW customers

About you

• Strong Allied Health background: OT/EP/PT/Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor
• Proven expertise within the workplace rehabilitation sector
• Strong people management experience within a similar organisation
• Expert knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation Legislation
• Self-motivated, driven and team orientated
