The Role   

The Program Lead is an operational team leader who has oversight of a program/services that provide care and services across a range of healthcare programs. This role is a key driver in ensuring that the services meet the operational targets set by the business and that they are a champion for overseeing high performing teams.   

  • As the key conduit to your delegated team you will inspire the team through ongoing strength-based performance monitoring and feedback, ensuring compliance and ongoing professional development of team members.  
  • Meeting contractual and service requirements to the specific programs that you oversee.  
  • A proactive communicator clinical performer, you will naturally form strong connections with department heads, Program Leads and Case Coordinators ensuring that your team is well informed of the organisation goals, quality, safety, and compliance.   

Key requirements   

  • Minimum 2 years management experience 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified AHRPA registered health professional 
  • Current unrestricted registration as an RN with AHPRA (preferred but not mandatory) 
  • NPC  
  • Completed Immunisation declaration 
  • 2 x clinical refrefnces not older than 12 months 
  • WWCC 
  • Right to work in Australia
