Charterhouse Medical are expanding their General Medicine team and looking for a passionate and well-driven recruiter to take on a junior desk working within one of the most successful teams in the company.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in Recruitment (ideally Medical) be well organised and able to adapt to market trends.
The department currently comprises of 3 other highly experience recruiters, 2 who look after the Senior doctors, therefore you will be focused on all junior aspects of the discipline, alongside your team mate. It is a very close knit team where you will be mentored and fully supported by both your colleagues and candidate manager.
You will go through a thorough induction in the first 4 weeks where you will learn the specialties, systems and processes to help you achieve your targets.
