Charterhouse Medical are expanding their Medical Division and looking for a Passionate and well-driven recruiter to take on the Junior Doctors desk which comprises of Anaesthetics, ICU, Surgery and Orthopaedics.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in Recruitment (Ideally Medical) be well organised and able to adapt to market trends.
The department currently comprises of 4 recruiters who handles the Senior doctors so you’ll be working closely with each consultant in their chosen disciplines.
You will go through a thorough induction in the first 4 weeks where you will learn the specialities, systems and processes to help you achieve your targets.
