About the role
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will support the Initial Assessment and Referral Team through the implementation of Assessment and Referral program.
- Provide guidance to referrers and commissioned service providers.
- Use person-centred assessment skills in line with the intake model to inform the referral of clients to the most suitable type and intensity of service.
- Complete initial assessment through use of IAR-DST.
- Manage the operations and performance of the intake team.
- Endure all operations are in line with the clinical governance framework.
About You
- Tertiary qualification and Registration as a Mental Health Professional – Psychology or Social Work, holds AHPRA OR AASW registration
- Ability to engage with and assess people from diverse backgrounds
- Demonstration ability to provide leadership and QA
- High level stakeholder and relationship management skills
